At marivana, we offer a 30-day free return service so you can shop with confidence. This policy applies to purchases made at marivana.shop, operated by BENDER PLUMBING AND MORE, LLC.

Our 30-day return service

You may request a return within 30 calendar days after receiving your order, including when you change your mind. Please email guiltonessia@outlook.com with your order number, the email address used at checkout, and the items you wish to return.

Items should be returned in the condition received, with included accessories and original packaging where reasonably available. You may inspect products to assess their nature, characteristics, and function. Missing packaging alone does not remove your statutory rights.

Damage caused by misuse may affect eligibility under our voluntary return service. This does not limit any rights relating to faulty or misdescribed goods.

Free return arrangements

We cover return shipping for returns under this policy. After you contact us, we will provide a prepaid return label or another return method at our expense, together with the correct return destination.

Please send the items back within 14 calendar days after receiving our return instructions. We do not charge restocking fees or return handling fees.

The business address shown on our website is a correspondence address and should not be used for returns unless we confirm it in your return instructions.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, contains the wrong item, or appears defective, please contact us promptly. Photographs may help us assess the issue, but your legal remedies do not depend solely on providing photographs.

We will arrange an appropriate remedy, such as a replacement, repair, or refund, according to the circumstances and applicable law. We cover any necessary return or replacement shipping costs for these issues.

Refund amount and timing

For a full-order return, we refund the purchase price and any standard outbound delivery charge paid. For a partial return, we refund the returned items and any delivery charges refundable under applicable law.

We will not deduct a new shipping charge merely because your remaining order value falls below our free-shipping threshold.

Once your return has been assessed and the refund is approved, we issue the refund promptly to your original payment method. Funds normally appear in your account within 3–7 business days after issuance, depending on your payment provider. Any shorter legal refund deadline takes priority.

Order cancellations and exchanges

Contact us as soon as possible if you want to cancel an order before dispatch. If it has already shipped, we will help you use the return process.

Additional rights for UK consumers

For eligible distance purchases, you may cancel without giving a reason by notifying us within 14 calendar days after delivery. You then have another 14 calendar days to return the goods.

We reimburse payments, including standard delivery, without undue delay. Unless we offer collection, we may withhold reimbursement until we receive the goods or evidence of return, whichever occurs first, and will refund within 14 days of that event. If we offer collection, reimbursement is due within 14 days of your cancellation notice.

Premium delivery supplements need not be refunded. A lawful deduction may apply for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the goods. Our free return service applies to these returns.

Our voluntary 30-day policy supplements your statutory rights. It does not shorten rights concerning faulty, unsafe, or misdescribed goods.
