These Terms govern your use of marivana.shop and purchases from marivana, operated by BENDER PLUMBING AND MORE, LLC.

Please read these Terms together with our Return and Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, and Privacy Policy.

Using our store

You must have the legal capacity to enter into a purchase contract or act with appropriate authorization.

Please provide accurate order and contact information and protect any account credentials. You must not use the website for unlawful activity, payment fraud, security interference, or infringement of another person’s rights.

Product information

We aim to describe products accurately, including their main characteristics and prices. Product images may appear differently across devices, but products must meet their descriptions and applicable legal standards.

If we identify a material listing error affecting your order, we will contact you to explain the issue and available options. We will not charge a higher price or substitute a materially different item without your agreement.

Orders and acceptance

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An automated order acknowledgment confirms receipt but does not by itself confirm acceptance.

Unless we expressly accept earlier, acceptance occurs when we confirm dispatch. If we cannot accept or fulfill an order, we will notify you and promptly refund any payment collected.

Availability and payment verification may affect whether an order can be accepted.

Prices, payments, and taxes

The checkout shows the currency, applicable delivery charge, and total payable before you submit payment.

Under our pricing arrangement, applicable sales tax, VAT, import duties, and customs clearance fees are included in the stated prices or paid by us. Customers are not required to pay additional tax or import charges beyond the disclosed order total.

If a carrier requests an unexpected tax or customs payment, contact us so we can arrange payment or reimbursement.

Standard shipping is free when the merchandise subtotal after discounts exceeds US$30. For orders of US$30 or less, the shipping charge is displayed before payment. An equivalent threshold applies where checkout uses another currency.

Delivery and returns

Our normal processing period is 2–3 business days, followed by an estimated transit period of 20–45 calendar days after dispatch.

The Shipping Policy explains tracking, delays, and lost parcels. The Return and Refund Policy provides our 30-day free return service and refund arrangements.

Any statutory cancellation or consumer remedy remains available regardless of these voluntary services.

Website content and third-party services

Website content is owned by us or used with permission. You may use it for personal shopping purposes, but commercial reproduction requires authorization unless otherwise permitted by law.

Third-party services may have their own terms. Their involvement does not remove our responsibilities as the seller.

Responsibility and limitations

We remain responsible for obligations that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or other non-excludable liability.

Any permitted limitation applies only to the extent allowed by applicable law and does not remove mandatory consumer rights.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by Florida law, subject to any mandatory protections that apply where you live.

Consumers retain any right provided by applicable law to bring proceedings in their local courts. Please contact us first if you have a concern so we can try to resolve it.

Updates and contact

We may revise these Terms for future use and purchases. Changes do not retroactively reduce rights attached to an existing order.
